In order to facilitate the Relationship Management of each of the Key Individuals of the Influence Spectrum, MMRI have also developed a highly customisable, web-based tool.

RMS™ is:-

  • a web-based system
  • designed to serve as an online tracking, editing and updating tool
  • for Key Stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders, Regional and Local Influencers, Primary Care Physicians and other Health Care Professionals

RMS™ is designed to allow you to manage your relationship with all of your identified Experts, by:-

  • tracking their activities retrospectively as well as prospectively
  • storing relevant information/documentation, etc, in a:-

    - one-stop, corporate-wide Relationship Management System

    - that can be very precisely adapted to your specific needs

RMS™ can also be used as a stand alone Relationship Management and Tracking System populated with contacts generated and developed by your own resources.

RMS™ is capable of serving both:-

  • the short-term need: KOL database for a specific brand/franchise, and
  • the longer-term need: expandable to multiple brands/franchises and affiliated companies

RMS™ interfaces with all other MMRI applications creating a fully integrated relationship management tool.

More specifically, RMS™ includes the following capabilities:-

  • Calendar function - which provides a comprehensive tracking tool for Key Stakeholders - and displays three main views - monthly, daily and overall listing
  • Tactical Tool function - which enables you to input events into the system (e.g. conferences, meetings, clinical trials, etc...)
  • Contact details feature - for both Key Individuals as well as the company person assigned to liaise with them
  • Scoring function - which provides a ranking score, enabling you to grade each KOL according to a pre-determined set of criteria specified by you
  • Notes feature - which allows adding of notes for any given individual
  • Customisation and personalisation - which allows for a fully customisable web interface
  • System access permissions - which provides the ability to assign access levels to users with regard to functionality and usage of the system
  • Data Management / Handling - which enables you to customise information displayed and input into the system
  • Attachments and records - which provides the ability to attach presentations, agenda documents, audio files, video files and notes for each Key Stakeholder on an event basis
  • Multiple listings and categorisation - which provides the ability to hold multiple database tables enabling the splitting of your Key Stakeholders/Influencers into sales regions, focus groups, Ad Boards, etc..

IT/Technical aspects

The Web-based deliverable comes with a standard export to Excel feature which enables you to transfer the RMS™ data into an internal database.
