Our consulting approaches include:

New potential therapeutic concept and Target Product Profile (TPP)
This type of assessment is required when a client is considering development of a new indication for an existing brand, or when a company has an NCE in its early stage pipeline in a new market. The output for this methodology includes a detailed presentation and a comprehensive Word report

Influence and Advocacy Mapping
This methodology includes in-depth analysis of key individuals in regards to their influence versus their advocacy for a specific company, drug class and/or compound (drug)

Evaluation of drugs in the pipeline (pre-clinical to phase III & IV)
Drug evaluation and assessment involves extensive secondary research to map the disease area and identify the key physicians to then interview and assess your drug in relation to drugs within the same drug class (past, present and future) as well as drugs in different classes used for the same indication

Environmental Analysis, including landscaping a specific disease area
An environmental analysis is conducted in two phases:

Phase I:

  • Identification of the key organisations and key stakeholders within a specific disease or therapy area through extensive secondary research and peer-group nomination
  • Development of a Landscape Map following analysis of the channels of communication and relationships between the Key stakeholders or bodies and organisations identified

Phase II:

  • Either profiling & segmentation of Key Stakeholders using our PRO-SEG™ methodology or extensive primary research with key stakeholders involving in-depth interview

This phase allows qualification and enhancement of the landscape map and provides further insight from Key Stakeholders as well as expectations for the future of the landscape overall.

An Environmental Analysis report includes:-

  • a detailed map 'schematic'
  • a detailed PowerPoint presentation
  • a comprehensive Word report
  • development of a customised web-deliverable
